To get Mig Bank rebates on new account you need to:

1. register at ForexTradingChoice.com site via registration form on the right sidebar;
2. open new account at MIG Bank and in section Were you contacted by a Member of Mig Bank Team mark YES and add Kseniya Zubkova, and in section Have you been introduced to Mig Bank by somebody mark YES and add 134800, Forex Trading Choice:Here you can find application forms for new account opening:
   • Individual Account – Individual account agreement (EN)
   • Joint Account – Joint account agreement (EN)
   • Corporate Account – Corporate Account Agreement (EN)
3. send application by post to Mig Bank Office in Switzerland;
4. register your newly opened account at MIG Bank by mailing us your account number, your name and surname by contact form right after the account has been opened.

To get Mig Bank rebates on old account you need to:

2. submit new separate additional account – new agreement by post to Mig Bank Office in Switzerland.
3. register your additional account at MIG Bank by mailing us your account number, your name and surname by contact form right after the account has been opened.
